φοβερό is the fourth city-state within the Kratos Empire, and is the smallest. It has two paths leading off into the east and west. West going back to the original Kratos city-state. This city state, lke the others, have 20 foot stone brick walls. φοβερό is as well, lead by Paramonos Anthis.
